IGLOO 360 HD™ BLOWN-IN SYSTEM

We exclusively offer our installers our revolutionary high-density blown-in system allowing to increase cellulose compaction during installation in order to increase its efficiency.

Process
During the blown-in of cellulose, the decompression nozzle makes a 360° rotation. Cellulose can thus reach a density of 3.5 lbs/ ft.3 (56 kg/m3).

Avantages :

Uniform density

The cavity is completely filled at a uniform density to eliminate the maximum amount of voids and thermal bridges

No sagging

Since cellulose is compacted, there is no risk of sagging

No infiltration

The high thermal insulation factor prevents any air infiltration and increases sealing

Better soundproofing

The absorption or airborne noises is increased, acoustic insulation increases

An innovation from Igloo Cellulose for our installers

CCMC 12835R approved system – Tested in over 500 houses.

IGLOO HUMIDIFIED SYSTEM (IHS)

  • Stabilizes cellulose to avoid it from moving easily under draughts
  • Type II system for potential installation on slopes of more than 4.5/12
  • Increases productivity during installation with a normal coating process
  • Removes 60 to 80% of cellulose dust
  • Easy system for electrical and/or gas machines, 365 days per year
