Wall Application
Igloo Dry Cellulose Cavity Fill System
This system uses a strong poly membrane that is
fastened to the studs with fasteners and wood
furring. Openings are then made to inject dry
cellulose with hose at mid section. Material must
be injected to a minimum density of 3.0 lb/cu ft
or dense packed up to 5 lb.
The membrane allows air to filter through during
Injection while preventing dust fibers to escape into
the room.
System is listed under CCMC-12835-R.
Igloo Cellulose Stabilized Wall System
This system uses cellulose fiber with Igloo S10 Liquid
Binder which is sprayed between studs in all of the
open cavities. The binder allows for quick drying
to have rapid installation of vapor barrier.
Excess insulation is scrubbed to provide
a beautiful even finish. Fallen material is then
re-circulated using proper equipment to reduce
waste.
Attic Application
Cellulose Insulation is often applied over existing batt
insulation in attics to fill the voids. It is also an excellent insulation for attics of new homes.
Blown Cellulose
Igloo Wind Baffles are use to ensure proper ventilation in soffits and the attic, to provide maximum settings all over the attic and hard to reach spaces as well as to prevent shifting of insulation material.
Igloo Wind Baffles are available with private labeling to your company's name. Igloo can
also provide 14 inch long Igloo Attic Rulers to measure settling.
Stabilized Cellulose System
This system uses water as a stabilizing effect to prevent any shifting of the cellulose in the attic, eliminate any settling of the fluffy insulation material as well as reduce dust.
